Metal blasting consists of using air at high pressure to blast the part using either plastic, glass or sand media to create a satin or matte finish to the part. It can also aid in defining a two tone finish to the part by adding a contrast between a polished finish and a rough abrasive finish.

We can blast almost anything, other uses for this type of blasting is removing paint, plating, anodize, rust etc. it is almost always used when on raw metal before we powder coat a part to ensure excellent adhesion.
